Hi, my name is Alyssa, I am the CEO of Tiyana’s Treats LLC.

I am a passionate baker from Elk Grove, California, born and raised.

I discovered my love for baking while attending culinary school at ​American River College in Sacramento, where I earned my baking ​certificate in May 2022.

Although baking wasn't always my passion, it quickly became something I ​truly enjoyed once I started school.

I launched my baking business in 2019, just before the pandemic. Over ​the years, I've been able to combine the knowledge I gained from school ​with self-taught skills to create a variety of delicious baked goods.

From brownies and cookies to pastries, I can bake it all, but my true joy ​comes from making cakes and cupcakes.

Ordering and Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders:

Please place your orders at least 1 month before the event.

Last-Minute Orders: Orders placed within 2 weeks of the event are considered last-minute and will incur an additional fee.

Deposits:

Minimum Deposits Required: All orders require a minimum deposit to secure your booking and cover material costs.

Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable. However, they may be transferable to another date or event in certain circumstances.

Payment Confirmation: No order is confirmed without an invoice and a corresponding deposit.

Cancellations:

Notification Requirement: If cancellation is necessary, please notify us as soon as possible.

Refund Policy: Depending on the timing of the cancellation, you may be eligible for no refund, a partial refund, or credit transferable to future orders.

Food Allergies:

Please inform us of any food allergies when placing your order. Your safety and health are paramount, and we aim to accommodate all dietary needs.

Responsibility for Treats:

Once delivered, the care and condition of the treats become your full responsibility.

Agreement:

By reading your invoice and sending your deposit, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined. All sales are final once the order is confirmed.
